Churches

Epic Church
Epic Church is currently one out of the two wImagine Home/Core Church Partners and is specifically assigned to represent the Philadelphia & PA region. Epic Church has been the singular Home/Core Church Partner since May 2020, and will continue to be so until the successful end of COVID-19.
Epic is a Core Church during COVID-19 for their significant charitable giving to serve their neighborhood by purchasing and delivering food. They also went over and beyond the call of duty in the discussion about racial issues through challenging messages and organizing events with other Churches to provide space to peacefully pray & protest against Racism.
Outside of COVID-19, we have always respected how much Epic has grown despite being restricted in growing just due to city density and lack of easily accessible space. We respect how their intentional style of being something different, by preaching in an accessible way and serving their community, has led to a more diverse Church which inspires deeper spiritual discussions, friendlier places which restores lives, and stronger role-modeling of what the purpose of the Church is.
Cornerstone Fellowship
Cornerstone is based in Silicon Valley in CA. Their greatest strength is that while they’re quiet about their generosity, they give incredible amounts every year. They go book-by-book with an emphasis on the New Testament, extracting every nerdy spiritual gem from it on how we must love better.
Crossbridge: Night to Shine
Crossbridge meets in Woolwich Township, NJ. Consistently leading the way in generosity through their Night to Shine Prom, being responsible during the COVID-19 pandemic, and communicating meaningful messages, they lead the way as Jesus’ followers well.
Special Needs
Because Jesus did not die to abandon. We exist to include everyone.
AbilityTree NJ
AbilityTree is based in NJ’s Burlington County. They provide resources, respite, and services to empower those with special needs in the local area.
Autism NJ
Autism NJ is a parent ran group dedicated to providing contacts with resources and legal information to help Special Needs Guardians take their next step.
Faces4Autism
Faces4Autism is based in NJ’s Atlantic County. They provide resources, respite, and services to empower those with special needs in the local area.
Larc School
Larc School was Michael’s former school and they’ve been on ground floor of my life as wImagine began in 2008. Based in South Jersey, they are a Special Needs school who lives with complete conviction in doing the right thing. Their greatest strength is how they have a family like atmosphere where everybody knows everyone, working together in pursuit of creating a more inclusive world.
Plan|NJ
Plan NJ helps serve NJ’s adults with special needs once their primary caregivers pass away. They have services to help manage Special Needs Trusts, fulfill guardianship and advocacy responsibilities, and assist with life planning.
Puzzle Pieces Squared
Puzzle Pieces Squared is a very small organization dedicated to providing financial grants to families with someone who has special needs. These grants are focused to help a family find restoration and to be made whole, so they can take their next step.

Moving our Future Forward

DonorsChoose
We support projects from Public School Educators directly via DonorsChoose.org. We primarily choose teachers who support those with Special Needs in either NJ or high poverty areas, with extra bonus points for technology projects.
FairVote
FairVote is advocating for Ranked Choice Voting, letting voters rank each candidate & ensuring their vote gets carried over until someone genuinely gets more than 50% of the vote. This approach helps new parties & candidates run without hurting those most likely to win.
KidsAlley
KidsAlley provides extracurricular activities for the children of Camden, NJ and its surrounding area, providing them with healthier snacks, academic tutoring, summer programs, and programs to show love and grace for these children.
NumFocus
NumFocus supports the scientific Python community by directly or indirectly sponsoring scientific Python packages from a financial and legal indemnity standpoint. They also host events to bring everyone together to facilitate relationships & education.
Restoring what’s Broken
Because Jesus did not die to leave us broken. We exist to heal and restore.
Healing the Children NJ
Healing the Children NJ (specifically NJ’s Division) heals children across the globe either in their host nation or by taking them to America for medical treatment.
Humanity & Inclusion
Humanity & Inclusion focuses on three goals: To respond to provide immediate aid after global emergencies, to help restore war-torn areas so that they’re safe from weaponry, and to advocate for the rights of those with special needs. And they often find ways to do all three in one go.
Search for Common Ground
Search for Common Ground exists to end war by trying to heal the wounds and scars of war. They reach war-torn areas and empower them with supplies, innovation, support in creating new businesses, and love.
Water Mission
WaterMission engineers solutions to provide access to clean water and sanitation methods, in areas with high poverty or who have been impacted by natural disasters. We especially appreciate how they do not leave even after the news trucks leave.
World Hope International
wImagine ‘adopts’ a child with Special Needs in Africa, to fund a plan to meet their unique needs and the needs of their family. WHI is vital in countering cultural norms in these areas that say those with Special Needs are broken failures.
Empowering the Marginalized
Because Jesus did not die to forget the marginalized. We exist to empower.
Church World Service
CWS addresses global development by spinning up ‘ambassadors’ who do the right thing in other nations against climate change, poverty, and discrimination. In America, they are actively pushing in favor of increased immigration.
City Relief
City Relief drives busses to the same locations in NYC and North NJ every week, providing emergency shelter, food, socks, ID, detox, employment, and hope to create a brighter future for the homeless population.
#ForPhilly
#ForPhilly is the community outreach arm of Epic Church, giving to and serving with dozens of community partners, and hosting a variety of events throughout the Philadelphia region.
Live to Serve
Live to Serve is led by Jay Kennedy, an Epic Church attendee, who holds events and provides services for the needs of low income individuals, single mothers, children, veterans, and seniors in the Philadelphia area.
World Relief
World Relief partners with Churches to strengthen marginalized communities, provide humanitarian relief to emergency areas, and support refugees in settling in the United States
Part Time Partners
These are organizations who support either support our other full time partners and/or are ‘seedlings’ for consideration to being promoted to a full-time partner.
Charity Navigator
Charity Navigator vets larger non-profits for their financial and leadership responsibility. wImagines uses their methodology to manually vet smaller organizations on this list and applies a modified version for the Churches on this list.
Delanco Camp
Delanco Camp is a summer camp facility in Tabernacle, NJ and helps connect youth and families to Jesus in the Pine Barrens. That was the site on where I chose to reset wImagine and give it more time to help me find my best, when I was failing in life, and it’s why Delanco remains a part-time partner.
Finn's Friends
Finn’s Friends is trying to build an all inclusive playground for those with special needs in Williamstown, NJ, to support the growing special needs population there.
Josh & Kelly Hallahan
Josh and Kelly serve with 4KidsLex providing leadership development and mentoring in the public school system through values-based curriculum. 4Kids partners with the local faith community to provide mentors for students
